Jay, Nick and Harry enjoy an after dinner cigar

At the dealer, Jay's girlfriend Cat, joined up with us for the weekend. Next year she will join us for the whole ride. But Jay is going to have to get a bike with a wind screen first! We are staying at the Rocky Gap Lodge in Rocky Gap State Park, Cumberland, Maryland. Its a beautiful old lodge, and we have a room up on the fifth floor with a fabulous view of the lake. The hotel has set up a backyard steak out, a beer blast tent next to the Harley wash area, and at night a campfire. Nick Leischen rode two hours from Washington DC to have dinner with us. Jay and Cat came over and joined us and we had a wonderful dinner. It was so great to see Nick again, we are in touch regularly by email, but we have not seen him since the 2003 Harley 100th anniversary party. When Jay and Nick meet, a whole new language appears, these peace officers have their own jargon. We had great conversation and they told great stories. It was a really fun night.
