Kirk and his son Levi

Day 14 Posse Ride Eastern Campaign Sunday June 26, 2005 Danbury, CT to Portland, ME 353 miles Hot, but not as humid. States: 38-Massachusetts, 39-Rhode Island, 40-New Hampshire, 41-Maine Rode with: Kazuo and Kyoko, Dave, Giggles, Pepe, Jay, Kirk, Lefty, and the "kids": Mike, Jenna, Cailyn and Levi. Its fun watching how much the "kids" change each year. Kirk has two children, Jenna and Levy. When we met Jenna in 2001, she was a little girl, she drives now, will be a junior in the fall, and is a beautiful young lady. When I met Levy in 2002 he took my hand to take me looking for frogs with him, now he is too big for hugs. Candy (Kirk's sister) and Derrick have two children, Michael and Cailyn. We met Michael in 2002, he's now over 21, not a kid any more. He's a very confident, considerate, responsible young man. Cailyn was a little girl then, now she's a teenager. Cailyn is quite a talented artist. We met Francesca in 2001, she is Danny's daughter, and she was a little girl then, she just graduated high school with honors. Tobias, from Austria, we met last year. He understood a little English then, and spoke very little. The Austrians are honorary Texans, they ride with the Texas Posse. This year Tobias understands a lot, and his English is much better, and is that a Texas accent that we detect?
