Harold at Cleveland's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum

This was closed when we came by on the journey from home, so we made sure to time our route home when it was open. Spending the previous evening in the quaint little town of Geneva on the Lake, Ohio, in the morning we headed east to Cleveland. We expected to spend a few hours in the morning at the museum and head home around noon. The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum preserves and celebrates the legacy of a music form that has changed the world around us and houses one of the largest collections of rock and roll artifacts and memorabilia in the world. We ended up staying until 6PM, and could have stayed longer. The feature exhibit was Lennon: His Life and Works. This spectacular exhibit coincided with the 60th anniversary of Lennon's birth and the 20th anniversary of his death. The majority of artifacts in the exhibit were on loan from the private collection of Yoko Ono, including numerous pieces from John's wardrobe, more than 25 handwritten lyric manuscripts, as well as many original paintings, drawings, and collages.
