Sales Tax

Monthly filers are due to SHDL by the 10th of the month and to the government by the 20th of the month.

Quarterly filers are due to SHDL by the 10th of April, July, October and January. The forms are due to the government by the 20th of April, July, October and January.

Yearly filers are due to SHDL by the 10th of January and to the government by January 20th.

Domestic Corporation Annual Report

This form is done once a year and is due on the first of the month of your corporations anniversary: for example, if your corporations anniversary is January 15th the annual report is due to Illinois by January 1st. Your form is due to SHDL by the 15th of the month prior to due date.
